Milk Froth (a creamy, frothy treat)

Milk Froth

Make 1 serving a creamy and frothy treat in the summer:

1 cup cold diet soda (flavors such as raspberry, orange, black cherry, or cherry-cola)

1/2 cup cold skim milk

Combine soda and milk in blender container; process at high speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a tall glass over ice; serve immediately.

For serving: 45 calories, 4 g protein, 0.2 g fat, 6 g carbohydrate; 128 mg sodium
