AESOP'S FABLES

The Horses and the Axle -AESOP’S FABLES (those who cry loudest are not always the most hurt)

Along the rutted road a great van rumbled,

Hauled by six horses over stony soil.

As on it lurched, an axle groaned and grumbled,

“What loads they pile on me! How much I toil!”

Thus often they who bear the slightest strain

Will seek most sympathy, and most complain.
